Base rates guidelines:

Base daily rate for two guests using one queen room.

Second queen room not accessible unless booked.

Two guests req. two queen rooms- add $100 per stay.

Base rate for two guests,one room
Sunday to Thursday ........ $200/night
Friday and Saturday ........ $250/night
Weekly ........ $1300
PH weekends ......... $250
Two guests requiring two queenrooms, add $100 per stay.
Extra rate for guests above two:
Adults $50/night
Children under 12ys $25/night
Refundable $200 cleaning/security 'bond' for all bookings.
2024 Rates:
Mon-Thurs $200/night Frid/Sat. $270/night
Cancellations:
Over 14 days before stay- full refund less any fees.
Less than 14 days before stay:
Loss of full booking rate unless property rebooked.
