Base rates guidelines:

Base daily rate for two guests using one queen room.

Second queen room not accessible unless booked.

Two guests req. two queen rooms- add $100 per stay.

Due to cleaning/changeover requirements 2 night minimum stay except for-

School holidays minimum 3 night bookings

Public holiday weekends- mimimum 3 night bookings.

Daily rates:
Two guests:
Sunday - Thursday $220 per night
Friday/Saturday $270/night
Weekly - $1300
Extra rate for guests over two-
Adults $50
Children under 12ys $25
Minimum stay: two nights or three nights on Public Holiday weekends and
school holidays.
Security 'bond' for all stays- $200
Refundable after your stay if home left
as you find it.
Cancellations:
Over 14 days before stay- full refund less any fees.
Less than 14 days before stay:
Loss of full booking rate unless property rebooked.
